Recovery Solutions for High-Achieving Lives
Concierge recovery and wellness
Independent care navigation, recovery coaching, and consulting for individuals and families seeking thoughtful, lasting change.
What We Do
-
Not all challenges are best addressed by a single provider or program. Recovery & Wellness Services provides non-clinical consulting to help individuals and families think strategically about available support options, particularly when prior treatment experiences have not resulted in sustained stability.
Services may include:
Assisting with discharge and continuing care planning
Reviewing available levels of care and support options
Coordinating communication among licensed providers and support services (e.g., therapy, psychiatry, coaching, sober living, education, employment)
Supporting families in establishing boundaries and realistic expectations
Providing objective guidance during complex or emotionally charged decisions
Assisting with transitions from structured environments to greater independence
Recovery & Wellness Services does not provide therapy, medical care, psychiatric services, or clinical diagnoses. We do not conduct clinical assessments. Our role is limited to non-clinical care coordination, education, and support. All clinical or medical services are provided solely by independent, appropriately licensed professionals.
Recovery & Wellness Services does not receive referral fees, commissions, marketing payments, or financial incentives from treatment programs or providers. Recommendations are made independently and based solely on client needs and available program qualifications.
-
An intervention is a structured, family-led process designed to encourage an individual to consider appropriate support. Recovery & Wellness Services provides non-clinical intervention planning and facilitation to help families prepare for and conduct these conversations thoughtfully and safely.
Services may include:
Preparing and aligning family members prior to the intervention
Providing guidance on communication strategies
Identifying appropriate treatment or support options in advance
Coordinating logistics if the individual chooses to seek care
Supporting families through next steps following the intervention
Recovery & Wellness Services does not provide medical or psychiatric treatment as part of the intervention process. We do not receive referral fees, commissions, or financial incentives from treatment programs.
Our approach emphasizes preparation, clarity, and respect, with the goal of supporting informed decision-making and long-term stability.

Recovery coaching provides structured, non-clinical support for individuals seeking greater stability and accountability in early or ongoing recovery. Recovery & Wellness Services offers individualized coaching focused on goal-setting, daily structure, and long-term planning.
Services may include:
Establishing practical routines that support recovery goals
Identifying community-based recovery resources
Supporting accountability and follow-through
Assisting with transitions between levels of care or living environments
Coordinating with licensed providers when appropriate
Supporting vocational, educational, or life planning efforts
Recovery coaching is not therapy and does not include medical care, psychiatric services, or clinical diagnosis. All clinical or medical treatment is provided by independent, appropriately licensed professionals.
Recovery & Wellness Services does not receive referral fees, commissions, or financial incentives from treatment programs or related service providers. Coaching services are client-directed and focused on practical, real-world support.

Many of the individuals we work with have disrupted educational paths, learning differences, or mixed experiences with traditional school environments. Our educational consulting helps clients and families clarify realistic options and build a plan that supports both recovery and long-term independence.
Educational consulting may include:
College planning and re-entry after treatment or leave of absence
Evaluation of traditional, alternative, and non-degree programs
Guidance around certificates, vocational programs, and skilled trades
Support navigating accommodations, learning differences, and executive functioning challenges
Identifying programs with real recovery infrastructure (not just marketing claims)
Coordination with treatment teams, therapists, and academic programs
Our role is not to push a specific path, but to help clients choose an option they can actually sustain.
-
For many people in recovery, work can either support stability — or quietly undermine it. Our career coaching focuses on helping clients build structure, purpose, and momentum without overwhelming them or creating unnecessary pressure.
Career coaching may include:
Clarifying strengths, interests, and realistic work options
Career exploration aligned with recovery needs and lifestyle stability
Resume support and job search strategy (as appropriate)
Executive functioning support related to work (organization, follow-through, accountability)
Coaching through early employment transitions and setbacks
Aligning work expectations with mental health and recovery capacity
We focus on progress, not perfection, and help clients move forward at a pace that supports long-term success.
Your path forward, begins now.
