Hana Leyland, BA OXON, LLM
Hana (she/her/hers) is our go-to consultant for clients within the trans and LGBTQIA+ space, whose recovery journey is enhanced when paired with a coach who either understands the issues associated with, or even identifies as one of the letters under, that broad acronym. She is well-connected within the trans and gender-expansive community, where other considerations (endocrinology, plastic surgery, and even wardrobe/hair & makeup, etc) can be vital to a client’s discovery of authentic alignment in the new chapters of their lives.
Kayy O’Connell, BN, RSN, NC-BC
Kayy (she/her/hers) is a recovery and wellness coach and Psychiatric nurse (RN/BSN) located in San Diego, California.
In addition to being a nurse, she is also a practitioner of yoga, breathwork, and shamanic mentorship. She blends 12-Step recovery, movement practices, somatic healing, and various Eastern philosophical studies with the most up-to-date clinical research. She also brings in a variety of other existential, personality-design modalities such as Human Design and the Enneagram, as well as a grounding in attachment modalities. All these approaches both inform client engagements and can be used in an engaging way to help clients, once stabilized, to look at their personalities, their values and their interpersonal relating styles.
